Schedule Changes
Unforeseen events sometime necessitate changes in courses or schedules. You will be notified of such changes by phone or e-mail.
Note: Please be sure to include your e-mail address on the registration form. It helps us to inform you of essential class information and it will not be shared.
Inclement Weather Policy
- OLLI will cancel classes when either the Albemarle or Charlottesville public schools are closed.
- When Charlottesville schools announce a morning delay, Senior Center morning classes are cancelled.
- When Charlottesville schools announce an early closing, Senior Center afternoon classes are cancelled.
- All other locations are not necessarily affected by late openings or early closings. If in doubt, call theOLLI office (434-923-3600). Personal safety is the key consideration.
- When make-up classes are scheduled, you will be notified of the new dates by phone or e-mail.
